vidden

Went for another long hike today- 6 hours! Karin & I took the Vidden trail from the top of Ulriken to Floyen. We didn't realize it would be such a long journey! It was fun though, nice sunshine (we both got a little red) and laughs along the way. I had a quick plunge into some mud, resulting in a very brown and soggy left foot for the hike; and Karin had a little trip while rehearsing her favorite line from "Pride and Predjudice." Even with our accidents, we had a great hike- we are getting a lot faster too! Building up that endurance!

Just had Sunday Waffle night with the family of friends in Alrek. They make some tasty waffles! Better than the ones in the US- we still can't figure out why, but they are great! Add some jelly and brown cheese and it is a masterpiece! Pretty tired from the hike so I am going to tuck in. Clinic in the morning!
